Self harming is daft... no, REALLY it is!

I cant get into my old blogs as I have forgotten and cant find my
old login details. This is pish... so just starting a new one
instead. Hopefully a bit more upbeat than my previous efforts. No
delving into self harming and suicide for me anymore!
